A legacy desktop system rebuilt as a web platform, so stock moves between supply bases are visible as they happen rather than at shift end.
Recharge, billing, rewards and agent operations in one platform, serving consumers, retail agents and business accounts across two languages.
Designed, built and shipped solo, with an AI assistant that answers only from published content and a CMS the client runs without a developer.
Enrolment, medicines and therapy scheduling moved off phone calls and clinic visits, in five languages, including a path for patients with no digital documents.
One operating picture for care teams across 16 countries, so a patient's status reads the same wherever the team sits.
